Lëtz Art Business Meet-up: Inspiring & Informing Over Lunch




On September 27, the first edition of the Lëtz Art Business Meet-ups took place at Chiche!, Limpertsberg. This series of lunch-time convivial discussions is designed to inform and inspire budding entrepreneurs, project developers, and small business owners, bringing together a diverse group of participants including newcomers to Luxembourg, BPIs, third-country nationals, and other local community members.



With 22 attendees representing over 15 nationalities from around the woruld, the event provided a space for sharing ideas and experiences. Guest creators, Tetiana Popyk of Tanita Photography and Melinda Amon-Aka, a massage therapist and owner of the Healing hands On heart, shared their entrepreneurial journeys and offered insights on topics such as, transitioning from employment to independence, collaboration, creativity, and navigating administrative processes. They also discussed how to access government support for entrepreneurs.



The venue, Chiche!, is more than just a restaurant. As they describe it, “Chiche! combines authentic, home-made Lebanese food with social cohesion. The project offers jobs to 55 refugees and migrants to empower them and boost their inclusion into our society. We bring together people from across the globe to demonstrate equality & foster intercultural understanding.”


During the meet-up, the importance of community and diversity in entrepreneurship was emphasized, with participants leaving inspired and equipped with new knowledge. Photographer Nahom Mehari captured the event, while cinematographer Amanda Sant’Anna created the video summary.


The Lëtz Art Business Meet-up is a part of TRICOT , a socio-economic integration project. It is financially supported by the Luxembourg Ministry of Economy and Touchpoint and implemented in collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, House of Entrepreneurship, Kirchberg.
